Tony brings 34 years of healthcare experience in sub-specialty outpatient facility operations and development, including 25 years at an Executive level focused on outpatient surgical and ancillary care. He has developed and managed over 200 office-based and freestanding multi-specialty ambulatory surgery centers nationwide. He serves on several Boards, Committees, and Community Advocacy Entities.

Rick has worked in the ophthalmology field for 25+ years, serving in numerous sales, marketing and management positions. His corporate leadership experience spans several companies, including CIBA Vision, Novartis and STAAR Surgical. Most recently Rick was the U.S. Head of HOYA Surgical Optics, the third largest eye implant company. Rick works closely with surgeons to establish office-based surgery suites that provide patients the highest quality surgical experience.

Chief Nursing Officer
Lisa has been a Perioperative Registered Nurse for 15+ years with a primary focus in office-based ophthalmic surgery for the last 10 years. She was previously the Director of Surgical Services in a Las Vegas hospital, has served as Administrator for multiple surgical centers, and has a comprehensive background in Quality and Risk Management for multi-specialties. As the CNO, Lisa oversees policy and procedure, quality assurance performance improvement, and accreditation and governance for iOR office-based suites.

Alex Jacobe
Chief Operating Officer
Alex has 20+ years of experience in ophthalmology. She has worked her way through the ranks of surgery, clinic, management, and administration. Prior to joining iOR, she opened an ophthalmic ASC, managing the business office and was responsible for insurance and contracting. As COO, Alex oversees billing integration, manages onboarding for new accounts and ongoing revenue cycle management.

Jim Wachtman
38 years in the healthcare industry across medical supplies, devices and services including 25 years in ophthalmology. Previously served as President/COO of Laser Vision Centers where he grew revenue from $4M to $100M in four years through expansion of refractive surgical services and diversifying into cataract surgery services while acquiring eye only ASCs. When the company sold to TLC, Jim led the integration creating the largest integrated eyecare services company in the industry with over $300M in revenue. He has served on several Boards including Vision Integrated Partners, iOR Partners, TLC, Vision Source, LCA, and HDIS and serves as Chairman of the Refractive Surgery Council.

Before GI Alliance he served as Executive Vice President of the National Group (all hospital operations) for Surgery Partners. Furthermore, he was a co-founder and Board member for National Surgical Healthcare where he served in various capacities include Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operation Officer and President. Prior to National Surgical Healthcare he was Chief Financial Officer and Board member for National Surgery Centers and was instrumental in taking the company public.
