She was previously the Director of Surgical Services in a Las Vegas hospital, has served as Administrator for multiple surgical centers, and has a comprehensive background in Quality and Risk Management for multi-specialties. As the CNO, Lisa oversees policy and procedure, quality assurance performance improvement, and accreditation and governance for iOR office-based suites.

When the company sold to TLC, Jim led the integration creating the largest integrated eyecare services company in the industry with over $300M in revenue.
